We plan to have the next women's self defence class next summer, around August 2023.  Please subscribe to get on our mailing list and don't miss out on the next defence class!



We can support up to 20 ladies.  We offer this to small groups or just the general public.  



When we do hold this class, we hold 4 classes, once per week during the evenings @ 6:45pm - 8:45pm. If you are unable to make a session, it's okay.  Each session will not depend on a previous one.



Classes are for ages 13+ unless you are accompanied by an adult.  Wear comfortable clothing.
