Women's self defence classes are on for 2025. All ages welcomed.  Only 1 class left Monday August 11th. You still have time to catch the last class so you won't want to miss out. Price has been reduced on site so sign up today!

The classes will be held during the evenings @ 6:45pm - 8:45pm. If you are unable to make a session, it's okay.  Each session will not depend on a previous one.

Classes are for ages 13+ unless you are accompanied by an adult.  Wear comfortable clothing.
