Women's self defence classes are set for 2026. All ages welcomed.  Next summer August 12th, 14th, 17th &19th. We will have another session ready for you!

The classes will be held during the evenings @ 6:45pm - 8:45pm. If you are unable to make a session, it's okay.  Each session will not depend on a previous one.

Classes are for ages 13+ unless you are accompanied by an adult.  Wear comfortable clothing.

We are located at 398 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB, Uplands Baptist Church in the basement. Get signed up today!
