WHAT TO WEAR

You don’t need a uniform right away. In some classes you won’t need one at all, such as women’s self-defence courses. If you have one, feel free to wear it. Otherwise wear something easy to move in that you don’t mind getting worn — t-shirts rip easily.

For the adult class you will eventually be expected to match everyone else. A black uniform can be purchased through us or elsewhere, but there is no hurry.
